Many people live life in the fast lane. Every day, they are hustling for a living, raising a family, and navigating through challenges and curveballs life throws at them. They rarely take a moment to pause and reflect on where they are today.
Is where I am today a place that I want to be in? Am I really OKAY with remaining in status quo? How do I go about living purposefully?
Gradually, they lose sight of who they are, what they want and where they are going. Not honouring what is most important to them: their values, dreams and goals – they begin to feel stuck, dissatisfied and aimless.
Many want to do something to improve the way they are experiencing their lives but they simply do not know where to start, or what how to go about it.
I am not making this up. I hear this repeatedly in my conversations with prospective clients about WHY they want to hire a life coach – “please help me figure out what I want in my life”.

Evolve Your World is a 7-week structured program designed to give you back clarity about who you are and what is important to you. Clarity is power and this program aims to give you back your personal power. I created this program to help you gain the self-knowledge you need so you know where to start and what you need to do to create a life that is purposeful and meaningful to you.

Finding clarity is eliminating options and aligning with values.
Imagine going on a holiday. Some people love package tours because they value the convenience of having a travel agent handle every aspect of their holiday; others prefer DIY holidays because they value flexibility above convenience. Some prefer city holidays because they value the variety of activities that a city offers; others prefer going to mountain resorts or hiking because they value nature and quiet. The vacation you want depends on what it is important to you about a holiday.
Similarly, what kind of life gives you satisfaction and purpose depends on what’s important to you. Most people do not have clarity about their personal values and what they want, so they keep making choices that are not aligned with what is most important to them.
The Evolve Your World program is designed to give you a roadmap of the foundational blocks of who you are as a person.
One of the key objectives of this EYW program is to re-connect you with your Values in different parts of your life. When you have clarity about your values, you begin to make value-based decisions about all of the important stuff in your life: your career, your relationships, your finances, your purpose. You stop becoming indecisive and doubtful about your life choices. You will be able to get clarity on what you really want in specific areas of your life and create value-aligned Goals that give you what you want.
Now that your goals have been identified, you will get clarity on your Inner Resources that will support achieving your goals. You will also examine your existing Belief Systems to see if these beliefs enable you to achieve your goals, or do they hold you back.
Using the framework set out in this program, you can get clarity on any area of your life that you are seeking and make changes that bring you closer and closer to what you want in life.

You may choose to participate in the Evolve Your World program as a Group or as an Individual.
We have four (4) options for this Program: (1) Group Program, (2) Group Program + Coaching, (3) Individual Program, (4) Do-It-Yourself Program
Option 1: Group Program
The EYW Group Program requires a 7-week commitment. If you are not confident that you are able to commit to showing up for 7 consecutive weeks, you may wish to consider the EYB Individual Program or the EYB DIY Program which gives you more flexibility in terms of time and pace.
1:1 Coaching Calls (x2)
I will schedule two (2) 1:1 30-min coaching calls with you to book-end the EYW Program. These calls take place at the start of the program in Week 1 and at the end of the program in Week 7.
The first call is for us to get to know each other and for me to understand your personal goals in attending this program.
The second call is for me to reach out and understand what support you need to progress in the goals you have set for yourself in this program.
Group Calls (x5)
I will host five (5) 90-min group calls which take place between Weeks 2 and 6 of the EYW Program.
During these calls, we will share our own learning about ourselves on the topic gleaned from the individual challenges. By articulating our learning to others, we consolidate our learning for ourselves.
We will also be doing group challenges on the topic. These activities help us to further deepen our learning on the topic.
We also learn to hold space for each other and practise non-judgemental listening. I will teach you one or two cool coaching techniques about listening and asking questions.
Assignments
Each week you will be asked to complete a piece of homework before participating in the group call.
The homework includes watching a short video and completing some worksheets containing an individual challenge.
All the program materials including videos, handouts and worksheets are available in my Learning Management System (LMS). You will be given access to the LMS after you have successfully registered for the program.
Option To Upgrade: Group Program + Coaching
If you would like to be individually coached by me through this Program, there is an opportunity to purchase four (4) 1:1 coaching sessions which you can use during the 7-week Program.
Option 2: Individual Program
The Individual Program mirrors the Group Program with the exception of the duration. You will work with me individually at your own time and pace to complete the program within 6 months from the time of your registration.
You will get the two 30-min 1:1 coaching calls and Program materials The five 90-min Group Calls will be replaced with 1:1 coaching sessions with me.
The benefit of signing up for the Individual Program is that you get to focus on your own specific issues at a pace that is comfortable for you. You will also get my undivided attention.
Option 3: Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Program
The DIY option is a self-paced program which excludes the 1:1 coaching calls and the Group calls. The curriculum of the DIY Program includes the videos and learning materials and you will work on the material on your own.
